Returns and refunds
This page describes the return and refund conditions applicable to purchases made from this store.
Right of withdrawal
For distance sales covered by European Union consumer law, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform the merchant of the decision to withdraw before the applicable deadline, using the contact methods provided by the store.
Returning products
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the relevant products within the period required by applicable law.
Products should be returned with reasonable care and, where possible, with their original accessories and components.
Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the merchant expressly agrees to cover them or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, the amounts due to the customer are refunded within the period required by applicable law.
For consumers benefiting from the European Union right of withdrawal, the refund is generally made no later than 14 days after the merchant is informed of the withdrawal. Where permitted by law, the merchant may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or evidence of return shipment has been provided.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed with the customer without creating additional costs for them.
Original delivery costs
Where required by applicable law, the cost of the standard delivery method offered for the order is refunded. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by the customer may remain the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or services defined by applicable law, including in some circumstances goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, and certain sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
Faulty or non-conforming products
Rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from the ordinary right of withdrawal. Applicable statutory guarantees remain in effect independently of this return policy.

Demonstration environment: this store is used to test Magestral agentic-commerce functionality. Merchants deploying the module in production must configure their own return and refund policies according to their business, products, target countries and applicable laws.
